Shipping Policy
Item(s) will be shipped within 3 business days of payment being received.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Delayed payments will cause delayed shipment. All items are sent via regular post and any expedited requests must be made known to PetCadet.com before purchase is made. Holidays will delay shipments. PetCadet.com can not be responsible for carrier delays, errors, and lost items. PetCadet.com is not responsible for customs or brokerage charges.
Return Policy
PetCadet.com offers a 7 DAY return/exchange policy. PetCadet.com must be contacted within this time frame to qualify. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange your product for a product of equal value or issue a refund (less shipping and handling charges) in the form of a Store Credit within 5 days of return delivery. A copy of your invoice must accompany all returns. We will not refund and/or exchange product(s) which have been used or damaged. Refund and/or exchange will only be honored when the item(s) are in the property of PetCadet.com. Ship products back to us via your local postal service. PetCadet.com is not responsible for any shipping costs, duties, customs or brokerage charges for a returned item. ALL shipping and Handling charges are the responsibility of Buyer.
To prevent returns, ensure all measurements are correct. All our products are shaped a little differently so be sure to read all sizing charts and information carefully and compare these to your specific pets measurements.
